When you're making a post, at the top on the little toolbar thing, there is an icon... looks like a green circle with a little chain link on top. It should say link if you put your mouse over it. Click on it and it should give you a little box to type in the address. Type the word you want to become the link, highlight it and then click on the icon and do the address.
