Babies come from where?

Sadie (out of nowhere) began talking about
babies and how they come from Dr.'s offices.
It was cracking me up, of course now I go to
write about it and can't remember details---
so you probably had to be here, but I do
remember her specifically commenting that
that is where people "order" & "Pick-up"
their babies from. She has me in stitches
all the time!!!
