Park Date

No, I don't have pictures to show for it, you'll just have to take my word for it...
it was fun & the kids had a great time. Any opportunity to throw on a swimming suit and play in pools of water with other kids is great fun for them. Plus, I'm pretty sure this is the first fun thing we've done since we've been back from vaca. It takes mommies & daddies longer to bounce back than kids I'm realizing. Sleep schedules are out of wack, laundry, cooking, everyday cleaning, running errands. I just wanted to stay home the first few days after we returned.

Anyway,we went to "America the Beautiful" Park...it really is beautiful. They have gorgeous landscaping, a huge playground and an enormous water fountain with a water circle thingy for wading. Perfect for little kiddos. They splashed, ran, jumped,and added more glow to their already sun-kissed bodies. =)Their were kids of all ages from our MOPS group, so kids played, moms talked, then we enjoyed a little picnic lunch on the grass. Fun was had by all. Really wish I had thought to bring my camera. Next time.
